1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance

2. Consumer Guarantees

All products sold by BioAssist come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Refunds & Returns Policy

  • Major Failures: If a product has a major failure (as defined by the ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
  • Minor Failures: For minor failures, BioAssist may choose to repair or replace the product, or provide a refund.

  • Exclusions: Certain products (e.g., opened medical or hygiene products) may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

4. Warranties and Additional Guarantees

Any additional warranties offered by BioAssist are in addition to your rights under the ACL and do not limit or replace those rights. Details of any manufacturer’s warranty will be provided with the product or on the product page.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BioAssist’s liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or purchase of products is limited to the remedies available under the ACL. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the ACL or any other applicable law.

  • Risk & Title: Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.
